Enagás Emprende was chosen to represent the company and participated in various talks, in which the value of the Spanish entrepreneurial ecosystem focused on decarbonisation was highlighted. In addition, some of the start-ups in which Enagás has a stake attended these meetings.
Fernando Impuesto, Business Development and Diversification General Manager at Enagás, took part in the “Investing in the Energy Transition to accelerate decarbonisation” panel, at which he explained the keys on how to invest in start-ups primarily engaged in the energy transition in order to accelerate decarbonisation.
Also, Emilio Martínez Gavira, Director of Entrepreneurship and Open Innovation, was a member of the jury of the Energy and Sustainability Start-up Competition, as well as the South Summit Kids contest.
This year’s South Summit was attended by the 100 best start-ups of the global and national ecosystem and was closed by the President of the Government of Spain, Pedro Sánchez.
