I want to become a supplier

Enagás has a registration and approval procedure in place to include potential suppliers in the company’s purchasing processes.

Registration process

Any supplier may register through the Enagás website, which will analyse the information submitted to determine whether the company needs that supplier’s products or services. If it does, the company will send the supplier an invitation with a link to register on the Enagás Group purchasing platform JAGGAER.

Approval process

Enagás, as a company, is committed to sustainability and extends this commitment to its entire supply chain. To this end, it may ask potential suppliers to comply with a series of approval requirements regarding health and safety, diversity and work-life balance, the environment and the quality of the products and services they offer, among others.

In order for a supplier to participate in a request for quotation process (RFQ) for Enagás Group, they must be registered and comply with the requirements of the relevant product or service category. The potential supplier must have specific capabilities and comply with at least the following requirements:

  1. Acceptance of the Code of Conduct and Ethics for Enagás Group suppliers, including the following:
    • Fight against fraud, corruption and bribery through total opposition to the acceptance or offering of improper payments or other undue advantages.
    • Recognition of workers’ rights in terms of diversity, work-life balance and gender equality.
  2. Respect for the principles of the United Nations Global Compact and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
  3. Capacity and resources to meet the quality, ethics and compliance, financial, labour, environmental, safety and technical requirements established by Enagás Group, and ongoing compliance with these requirements to the levels set by Enagás Group.
