The Enagás Cloud Centre of Excellence team has been awarded the prize for the Best Governance Office for Cloud Transformation by Computing magazine.
Each year, the magazine, which is an authority for professionals in the IT sector, recognises the technological excellence of the most innovative projects at national level.
Mari Carmen Sanz, head of the Cloud Centre of Excellence; Ignacio Quintano, Systems and Communications Operation Manager; and Nicolás Elías, Information Systems Manager, collected the award.
On this occasion, which marks the 26th edition of the awards, the prize went to the Cloud Centre of Excellence for its work in aligning the transformation with business needs. And also for the consistency between the strategy and the deployment of cloud services, highlighting the ability to control, allocate and distribute the costs arising from the use of the cloud among the different initiatives.
Workplace and cloud innovations were also recognised, as was cybersecurity and advances in sustainability.
