Enagás has been recognised by the Top Employers Institute as a 2023 Top Employers Spain company. The company has been featured in the Top Employer ranking continuously for the last thirteen years. The ranking recognises its excellent people and human capital management and commitment to continually improving standards, which has, at its core, a dedication to developing talented individuals and providing quality employment opportunities.
In this edition, the number of certified companies in Spain has increased by 9% compared to last year. Enagás has moved up two positions in the ranking of Spanish companies, from 18th to 16th.
The certification follows a comprehensive assessment that evaluates all talent management processes, such as digitalisation, work environment, leadership, talent acquisition, learning, well-being, sustainability, and diversity and inclusion, among many others.
In this edition, 118 companies from different sectors were certified as ‘Top Employers Spain’.
For more than 30 years, the Top Employers Institute has certified 2,053 organisations across 121 countries or regions. This institution validates, certifies and recognises as leading employers those organisations that exceed the demanding standards of its certification programme.
