Enagás has renewed its commitment to the Remote working and Flexibility Charter, promoted by Fundación Másfamilia, for the next three years. The company has been a member of this initiative since 2020, which aims to promote a culture of flexible working hours to foster a more advanced and modern society.
More than 120 companies are part of this group that promotes, among others, respect for the environment to reduce the effects of climate change, the promotion of diversity and inclusion, the improvement of mobility in cities and greater labour productivity.
The Remote working and Flexibility Charter claims the need to take advantage of the current favourable digital environment to evolve towards new tools, in a context in which the number of teleworkers in Spain has increased.
