During three days at Ifema, Connecting Green Hydrogen Europe 2024 Conference & Exhibition brought together stakeholders from across the green hydrogen value chain to accelerate the hydrogen economy. It also provided an exploration of innovative solutions, cutting-edge technologies and transformative breakthroughs that are driving green hydrogen forward. In addition to the strategic conference, there was a roadshow of hydrogen projects, a technical conference and a special session on women and hydrogen.
Enagas' Hydrogen Director, Jesús Gil, participated in the panel "Infrastructure Development: Building the Backbone of the EU Hydrogen Value Chain" together with representatives from other European TSOs GRTgaz, Snam and Teréga and other representatives from Uniper and Eurogas. The aim of this roundtable is to share perspectives on existing infrastructure plans in Europe, the regulatory and technical challenges to accelerate the development of hydrogen pipelines and the transport, distribution and storage of hydrogen in the energy systems of the future.
The CEO of Enagás Renovable, Antón Martínez, participated in the panel 'Unleashing the Potential of Iberia: A key driver for the European hydrogen market', together with experts from Iberdrola, EDP Renovables, Cepsa, Accionaplug, HyDeal y Repsol.
