You will participate in a group dynamic where we will present a business case study to several people. With this method, for which there is no one solution, we want to see how participants interact in order to evaluate their skills.
These tests aim to measure your proficiency, knowledge and skills in the use of languages and your command of user-level software tools.
Candidates have individual interviews with the Talent Management team, in which a curricular and skills assessment is carried out and, if they advance to the next stage, also with the business area where the vacancy exists.
Once the recruitment process is completed, the hiring and onboarding process begins.
