Underground Storage Facilities Transparency Template

In addition to publishing the information required by European regulations, the members of the Council of European Energy Regulators (CEER) and Gas Storage Europe (GSE) organisations have agreed to implement on a voluntary basis, the “Transparency Template”, a joint tool to facilitate access to information for users of the infrastructure.

This initiative aims to:

• Facilitate access to information through hyperlinks.
• Respecting the diversity of business models and regulatory conditions
• Ensure that the information on the websites of the underground storage operators is easily accessible to the market.
