The recruitment processes are flexible and adapted to each type of position. Our methodology consists of combining talent assessment tests with interviews with both the Talent Management team and the Business team in the different areas. In this way, we ensure that the process is objective, thorough and transparent, as we maintain a continuous and open line of communication with the candidates.
