Top Employers Institute has recognised Enagás as a Top Employer Spain 2022 company. In total, 108 companies have been certified for being the best employers and the most outstanding organisations in people management practices.
The certification programme covers six domains and 20 subtopics across the entire HR spectrum, such as digitalisation, work environment, leadership, talent acquisition, learning, well-being, sustainability, and diversity and inclusion, among many others.
For Enagás, which has received this certification for 12 consecutive years, being a ‘Top Employer’ means recognition for its work in attracting and retaining talent, work-life balance, well-being and equal opportunities, which has allowed it to promote quality work and strive for excellence.
In this edition, the 108 ‘Top Employers Spain’ companies come from a variety of industries, have an average of 3,771 employees nationally and 82,000 globally and operate on average in 63 countries, making this certification one of the most demanding and prestigious in the world in the field of corporate people management.
