What can be reported to the Whistleblowing Channel?

 

You can use the Whistleblowing Channel to report any possible irregularity, non-compliance or behaviour contrary to the Enagás Group’s Code of Ethics.

Specifically, you may report acts or omissions that may constitute breaches of EU law or that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offence, including but not limited to all offences involving financial loss to public finances or social security, as well as on the following matters, among others:

  • Potential acts of fraud, corruption or bribery.
  • Possible conflicts of interest
  • Conduct relating to potential insider dealing, money laundering
  • Conduct relating to Safety, Health or contrary to respect for persons, in particular discrimination and harassment
  • Conduct relating to Information Security or Data Protection
  • Anti-competitive practices
  • Environmental issues
  • Conduct contrary to human rights
  • Other issues
