Enagás has once again consolidated its position as one of the 100 best companies to work for in Spain, according to the prestigious annual ranking compiled by Actualidad Económica.

The company maintains its 30th position on the list, with a score of 1,625 points, improving on the 1,555 points it achieved in the previous edition.

This recognition highlights Enagás' commitment to its professional staff, highlighting aspects such as remuneration, working environment, gender parity, career development opportunities, training and talent recruitment programmes, flexible working hours and health care.

This year, the publication has highlighted the inauguration of its Corporate University, as an evolution of its consolidated Training School, and explains that this new step is consistent with the company's strategy and the transformation process in which it is immersed, in a context of constant change due to technological disruption.

The Corporate University has entailed a comprehensive overhaul of the training value chain and an evolution of the process framework. In addition, an upskilling and reskilling plan has been launched in line with the strategic plan, which includes content on agile methodologies, digital transformation and renewable energies. The training pathway in hydrogen stands out, which enables trainees to obtain recognition of their training for the Catholic University of Murcia (UCAM)’s Master's Degree in Hydrogen Projects.
