Enagás has published the Annual Report on the activities of the Ethical Compliance Committee for 2023. This Committee has a key role to play in ensuring that all Enagás’ professional activities adhere to the highest ethical standards.

As part of its commitment to integrity, transparency and business ethics, the company has for the first time prepared and disseminated this report, which will provide a transparent overview of the activities and achievements of the Ethical Compliance Committee.

The report seeks to promote a culture of compliance and to set out the main actions, initiatives and measures carried out, promoted and implemented by the Company’s Compliance Function. The Company's Compliance Function proactively and autonomously oversees the proper functioning and effectiveness of the rules approved by the various ethics and compliance bodies and the effectiveness of their controls.

The report includes the review of compliance models, training on business ethics, reporting on the Ethics Channel, dissemination and awareness-raising activities, among other topics.

For Enagás, transparency is essential in strengthening the culture of compliance and building solid relationships with the company’s different stakeholders. Enagás General and Board Secretary Diego Trillo said: “by sharing our ethical compliance efforts in an open and accessible manner, we reaffirm our commitment to corporate responsibility and ethical business conduct”.
