This list evaluates the management of 4,000 companies across all sectors on 19 gender equality factors, including gender balance at all organisational levels, equal career development opportunities, work-life balance, equal pay, social benefits, occupational health and safety.
Enagás’ inclusion in this list for the third year running is the result of the company’s efforts over the years in terms of diversity and equal opportunities. This work has resulted in important advances, such as the launch of training, coaching, mentoring and networking initiatives to promote female talent and leadership. The company has also increased the number of woman in positions of responsibility, and introduced employer branding initiatives and implemented more than 100 measures to facilitate work-life balance for all professionals, including implementing the teleworking model in response to the current context, among others.
Enagás has held the Equality Seal in the company since 2010, has been certified as a Healthy Company and has been a Family-Responsible Company (FRC) since 2007, a recognition in which it has an excellent A-level rating.
