Enagás has retained its place in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI – the global benchmark for sustainability) for the twelfth year running.
The company achieved the highest score and was recognised as the leader of the Oil & Gas Storage & Transportation industry. Enagás tops the ranking in Environmental and Social dimensions, and the categories of Environmental Reporting, Policy and Management Systems, Crisis and Risk Management, Codes of Conduct, Operational Eco-efficiency, Climate Change Strategy, Social Reporting, Human Rights, Talent Attraction & Retention, Health and Safety and Social Impacts on Communities.
These results further acknowledge the company's commitment to the fight against climate change and its unwavering commitment to sustainability, one of the company’s strategic priorities.
For this year's edition, the DJSI World Index reviewed the world’s 2,500 largest companies and, following rigorous analysis, selected only the 354 most sustainable on the basis of financial, environmental and social criteria.
