For the eighth consecutive year, Enagás has received Top Employer Spain certification, a distinction that acknowledges companies for their commitment to the best practices in the field of human resources. The certifying company, the Top Employer Institute, has taken into account the work done by Enagás in supporting and encouraging talent on all levels within the organisation.
In awarding this certification, the Top Employers Institute analyses more than 600 human resource practices each year, and uses this information to identify those organisations that provide its employees with the best working conditions.
Gold Class sustainability
Enagás has also been acknowledged as a leader in the field of sustainability. Once again, the company has been ranked with the highest category, Gold Class, in The Sustainability Yearbook published by RobecoSAM.
In awarding its classification, RobecoSAM analyses the performance of the world’s largest listed companies, based on the latest results of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI), presented in September 2017. At that time, Enagás once again renewed its presence on this prestigious index for the tenth consecutive year, in which it is ranked as the world leading in its sector, Oil & Gas Storage & Transportation.
