Enagás obtained this recognition in 2010 as one of the first 39 companies to receive this seal. The Women's Institute has undertaken a new review of the gender equality measures in place at the company in order to validate the continued validity of this seal.
On this occasion, the Ministry particularly highlighted its approval of the Enagás Group’s 2nd Equality Plan, for which the company was awarded the highest Family-Responsible Company (EFR) rating, level A+ for excellence (an international model that certifies the implementation by companies of CSR policies, as well as mechanisms that promote work-life balance, equality and inclusion, among other aspects).
It also rewards the work in communicating equality-related information to employees through the organisation’s use of the different corporate channels available.
