Enagás is one of the top three most transparent companies in Spain. This is according to the report “Transparency and good governance on ethics and compliance of Ibex 35 companies”, prepared by the Haz y Cumple Foundation, an association comprised of compliance experts.
The study acknowledges that Enagás has adhered to all legal requirements pertaining to anti-corruption, criminal compliance, and conflicts of interest by publishing the relevant policies accordingly. The report also highlights the company's commitment to training.
One of Enagás' priorities is integrity and commitment to ethics and compliance. Transparency is also one of the key parts of the Code of Ethics.
