She has a degree in Journalism from the Complutense University of Madrid and completed doctoral studies, as well as extensive executive training, such as the Senior Management Programme in Digital Business (PADDB+) from The Valley, the PDD from IESE or the Higher Programme in Communication and Business Management from IE Business School. She is also certified by the Instituto de Consejeros-Administradores IC-A.
She has an extensive experience in positions of responsibility in consulting and corporate fields. In 2002 she joined Enagás' communication and external relations area, and in 2013 she was appointed Communication and Public Affairs General Manager and joined the Management Committee. Since 2022 she is the Communication, Public Affairs and Investor Relations General Manager of the company, and Director of the Chairman's Office.
She is Vice President of the Spanish Association of Communication Directors (Dircom) and a member of the European Association of Communication Directors and AEMENER, the Spanish Association of Women for Energy. She also participates as a mentor for the Promociona Programme of CEOE and ESADE for women executives.
