Antonio Llarden, new Executive Chairman of Enagas

The Company’s Board of Directors has unanimously decided, during a meeting today, to appoint Antonio Llarden as Chairman.
Antonio Llarden was, from 2001 until today, President of Sedigas, the Spanish Gas Association.
Jose Luis Olivas, President of Bancaja, has been named Vice Chairman, and was proposed by the new Enagas Chairman.


Antonio Llarden has today been appointed Chairman of Enagas, during an ordinary meeting of the Company’s Board of Directors. He will replace Antonio Gonzalez-Adalid in this role, which he has held since June 2002. This change of Chairman at Enagas, the company which holds the role of Technical Manager of the Gas System, was unanimously agreed upon.
Antonio Llarden has been a member of the Enagas Board of Directors since April 2006.
The Board also agreed, during today’s session and based on Antonio Llarden’s proposal, to appoint Jose Luis Olivas to the role of Company Vice Chairman, thus complying with the terms outlined in the Enagas Articles of Association.
