In addition, the notification must be accompanied by a statement of compliance with regulatory requirements in accordance with the Resolution of July 21, 2017 of the Directorate General for Energy Policy and Mines, partially amending the Annex to the Resolution of May 3, 2010. You will find the official notification form here.
All documentation can be submitted via the website of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism. For more information about this procedure, visit the website of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge.
The Directorate General for Energy Policy and Mines will notify the National Commission on Markets and Competition (CNMC) and the Strategic Reserves of Petroleum Products Corporation (CORES) of the incorporation of a new shipper into the Spanish gas system.
The CNMC website contains a list of companies engaged in the shipping of natural gas where you can check that your company details are correct.
