Infringement Reporting

At Enagás, we have a Infringement Reporting available so that both company professionals and third parties related to the company, such as suppliers, contractors and business partners, can report conduct contrary to the commitments contained in the Code of Ethics to Enagás.

The Reporting is also intended for reporting non-compliance by third parties, and for clarifying doubts about the interpretation of the Code and the Policies and rules that develop it. Our Infrigement Reporting can also be used to send us any concerns or questions related to the Code of Ethics and its application.

How to use the Infringement Reporting

If you have any doubts or concerns about the interpretation of the Enagás Code of Ethics and the rules that develop it, you can contact us via email or by writing to Paseo de los Olmos 19, 28005 (Madrid), for the attention of the “Chairperson of the Ethical Compliance Committee”.

Secure and confidential

Communications may be anonymous and will be treated confidentially and in accordance with current data protection legislation.

Enagás will not permit any type of retaliation against any person who, in good faith, uses the Infrigement Reporting to raise questions or to bring possible breaches of the Code or applicable regulations to light, or against those who cooperate in investigations into alleged improper conduct.

Communication management

The Ethical Compliance Committee is the body responsible for managing communications received through the Infrigement Reporting and may enlist the support of the Enagás management as it deems appropriate in each case.
