In October 2015, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) published Guidelines on Alternative Performance Measures (APMs) to improve comparability, reliability and comprehensibility.
The guidelines apply to all regulated information published on or after July 3, 2016, such as management reports accompanying annual accounts or interim financial statements, interim management reports and results presentations reported as relevant facts, among others.
