Commitments to Our Customers


One of Enagás’ top priorities is to meet the needs of its current and future customers. To this end it provides personalised customer service; any customer with a current contract is assigned an Account Manager, who attends directly to their needs.

Enagás undertakes to guarantee maximum levels of transparency, impartiality and objectivity in order to achieve the utmost level of transparency with our customers. The ultimate aim is to encourage people to become committed to the ongoing improvement of our services.

In addition, Enagás' transport business provides the following email address where current customers can send their suggestions and requests. This email address can also serve as the first point of contact for businesses that may wish to access and contract Enagas’ gas infrastructure.
