For optimal viewing of the Enagás pages (http://www.enagas.es), minimum system requirements must be configured.
Modem speed: A 33600 bps (bits per second) modem or faster is recommended in order to see the pages more quickly.
Video resolution.
Configure your monitor at a minimum resolution of 800 x 600 pixels so as to avoid the need to scroll horizontally to see all the content of a page.
Number of Colours: it is recommended to work with a minimum of 16 bits of colour (65,536 colours). With 256 colours the page's images are not adequately viewable.
Cache: Activate the browser's cache (called Temporary Internet Files in Microsoft Internet Explorer)
The quickest option is to check for new versions of stored pages "every time you start a session" (Netscape) or "every time you start Internet Explorer" (Explorer). If you select the option Always or Every visit to the page, browsing will be a bit slower, but it makes sure that if a page has been modified since the last time it was loaded, the most recent version will be displayed.
Advice on viewing and downloading all content on the Enagás website.
The Enagás Website provides a series of information, guides and documents that can be downloaded in various electronic formats. If you cannot view a document in pdf or Flash formats, this could be because you do not have the software needed to view the document loaded on your computer.
Here, you will find the necessary information along with the option to get your free download of the appropriate software in order to view the content.
Download Instructions: To download a file, you must save it on your computer's hard disk. A link will take you to the official site from which you can download the application. Links are recognisable because they appear in a different coloured text, and when you pass the mouse pointer over the link, a "hand" will appear. In order to download a file, you must click on the logo or where the name of the application appears.
When you click on a link, a file will be downloaded, but before the download begins the system will ask what you want to do with the file; save to disk or open it from its current location. Select "Save File to Disk". Then, the system will ask where you want to save the file, and you should in turn choose the folder where you want to download the file. Once the file is downloaded, you only have to follow the installation instructions.
